Watched the game from the 2nd quarter on. Providence's lack of offense is painfully evident,...

The chances of Provi going to Rice and winning next week are very, very small at best. No playoff appearance after winning the state in 2014. How often does that happen??

I'm also interested to see the result of the GBW / HC game. If GBW wins convincingly, a strong case can be made for them ascending to #1.

I do think I will have the Ramblers ahead of H-F, though. No one has had a more impressive body of work. Next week? We shall see. If H-F blows out LWE, they may be able to make a case to be #1 again.

One other DSR thought, I'm beginning to think I have Montini too high at #4. I wrote off MS getting running clocked by Loyola as a bit of an aberration and the Ramblers being a great team, which they are. However, MS struggled to beat Glenbrook So. by 3 last night? This is a Glenbrook So. team that lost to St. Pat's by 3 TD's. Starting to believe MS is really down. And with Rita being down, and ESL losing to Belleville West last week....the early Montini wins just don't seem to be as high of quality as I thought.

And looking ahead, the CCL Green is really down. Fenwick and Marmion are way down, and St. Francis just lost to St. Laurence. Just don't see any quality competition remaining for the Bronco to get an accurate barometer of how good they are. Not their fault, but it's tough to get a read on them.

Peej, we could cut the DSR to 5 teams this year.

Amazing thoughts. I started moving bronco down last week wit the flyer loss, niw wit that ms game.... If gw wins today, hf might be my 3. I'll have to deep dive on la vs gw's sosr, strength of schedule + results.

I'll probably leave naz off only bc i'll pick jca at home next week, but still not sure as jca is banged up.
Rice deserves consideration, too.

What to do if hc HF's gw! Not likely, but what if!

Also nc....

Lwe...

Rambl no commenting until it's official.

I'm tinkering with DSR now.I need to see what happens today though.I'll probably have rice in maybe 10. They aren't HF LA but they are 8-1 semi team

You seem to have a lot of insight on Providence/CCL football, and have seen a lot of there games (according to your posts). Are you a coach/former coach? If so whats going on this season?
