as long as they're not too far behind by then, the Tigers will be fine.

Uh, no they won't. They are being absolutely dominated. Their defense is overrated, as evidenced by what our offense was able to do to them. Now they're playing a great offense.
But the key to this game is what can LSU do when their running game gets shut down. LSU has the best OL in the SEC, maybe the nation, and great backs, but it's hard to run straight ahead at a talented defense that is filled w/ emotion and geared to stop the run.
Teams on an "emotional high" will shut down your running game. You can't run over everyone, and that's when the pressure gets shifted to their freshman QB, who is just a little too young to overcome this. He's too inexperienced to have this game on his shoulders.

I definitely have thought that LSU's D was overrated. They haven't looked nearly as dominant as was expected. However, their offense has been much better than expected.

I figured Florida would stick it to them, because they have a stout defense and they have an offense that's capable of exposing LSU's defensive weaknesses.

Of course it's overrated, look how many points State and Auburn hung on them.

LSU is missing good linebackers and playmakers in the secondary. Their Dline is the only thing they have.

didn't look great in this game. Their front got manhandled by Florida. That little play they kept running up the middle for 40+ yards, their O-line was pushing those guys 10 yards downfield.

Yea, didn't you guys injure a handful of their D-line? I seem to remember thinking I saw that. I think they are all back, but there is a good chance they may not be 100%.

And yes I agree that there are ways to get around a stout D-line. You do like Florida does and use misdirection and speed to get to the corners. You do that enough, and you can start getting them on their heels.

LSU was way overrated at No. 3. They are a good team, but I think somewhere in the 15-20 range.

And speaking of overrated, Alabama at No. 2, possibly No. 1 this week is another overrated team.

I truly hope you're right. I despise Bama almost as much as OM. However, in their games so far they have looked completely dominant except against KY. It's mostly because of Coffee, he's the real deal.

The thing that sucks is they don't have too many major challenges left. They still have us, a bad Auburn team, a beatable LSU team, you guys, and a ****** UT team left. The only game left on their schedule where they could possibly be an underdog today is the LSU game.

If lines were to come out today, they'd be favored over both of our teams, UT, and Auburn. I still think they find a way to lose two games, but I can't say which ones.

The one thing that could bite them in the *** is that they're very shallow. A couple key injuries and they could end up like last year. Which would be AWE-SUM. Especially if they move up to #1, then lose every game left on their schedule and limp into Shreveport.

Hell, y'all could definitely beat Bama. If they were coming off a big game instead of a bye week, I'd pick y'all without hesitation. You could still win anyway. The goofy part about your team is that I could see you beating anybody left...and losing to anybody left. How pissy will UM fans be if you beat 2 out of 3 b/w Bama,LSU,Aub but lose to Arky and the mighty DawgNation as Snead throws a couple of pick 6s? If I was betting right now against the spread I'd take y'all against LSU without thinking but take Arky against you again with no hesitation.
