Seems like we are doing decent on o-line in the portal. QB is ok. Did what we needed to do @ QB
Everything else lacks “wow factor” at this point.
I know some feel differently but those people would be impressed if we landed Pee-Wee Herman at DT.
But I had high hopes. Not just status quo hopes. I really thought we’d make a splash.

We picked up several O linemen from P4 teams with a lot of starts under their belt. I don’t know if they’re difference makers or not. DT? Yet to be seen if those guys can make a difference. It’s not like we should have expected an all conference DT to be available. QB? POY in the Mountain West and a guy we liked out of high school. Again, we weren’t going to get a top 5 portal QB at any price. They all saw Raiola get sacked 9 times by the…..Goofers.
Let’s be honest, jts easy to recruit against Matt Rhule at this point. “Google him” is all you have to say or simply “loser”

So beating out teams like Alabama, Penn St , Clemson, Ohio St , Texas Tech, FSU for players isn't a Splash.
And a QB who was player of the year and a QB room with guys with starting experience.
What did you want for a 7-6 team in the middle of nowhere?...lol
