According to this, we are basically in the "Last 5 In" category. If this is accurate we better win more than 1 more game, and we also better hope there are no upsets in conference tourneys. I felt pretty good about our chances after today, but now I'm not so sure. Better win two games to feel safe

Other teams will get some big upsets that might vault a team or two ahead of us and perhaps a bid or two is stolen by teams that aren't expected to win their conference tournament but do (such as if Illinois St beats Creighton tomorrow).

I do find it odd how he still has Seton Hall ahead of us after they got beat by something like 30 points by DePaul today. That really surprises me. Also a little surprised that South Florida (albeit behind us) is still in the field and that Arizona is ahead of us. I think we deserve to be on that 11 line, but I think we should be at the top end of it.

There is a definite bias going on there. UConn winning it all as the #9 seed from the Big East last year hurt all of the other conferences badly when it comes to bubble teams. Granted, it's our own fault.

West Virginia was right next to us on the S-curve last week. We won two games and lost ground, they won two games and are now basically a "lock" according to Lunardi. How does that happen? Also look at USF, they lost to WVU today but didn't fall out of the "Last 4 In" which they were in at the start of the day....meanwhile Texas lost to Kansas AT Kansas, and fell out when they were on the same line as USF? USF was Supposed to win at Home to get in, Texas was not Supposed to beat Kansas on the road. The only way to explain it is to say it's a Big East bias. I feel like all of the other conferences' fans looking at the SEC in football though.

I feel like the mid-tier Big East basketball teams get a lot more credit than the mid-tier SEC football teams, though. But I guess that's irrelevant since there are far fewer at-large situations in bowl games than the NCAA tournament. It's just annoying to have to listen to the media talk about it.
