Luray's Matthew Owens - who will play his College Basketball next season in Harrinsonburg at James Madison University - became the all-time leading scorer in program history with a 30-point effort in their 65-58 win over Rappahannock County. It gives him 1499 points and counting, breaking the previous mark of 1482 set by Craig Tutt.
