The food entered XBones mouth so technically the peppers are behind his impenetrable head! We're all good here.
And here I am talking about putting some cheese between a couple slices of wonder.NNFAN'S WORLD FAMOUS JALAPENO-CHICKEN PASTA RECIPE
You got bones great suggestion for lunch, but how about dinner?
Here goes...
Saute grilled chicken, chopped fresh whole mushrooms, chopped fresh red pepper (with a pinch of jalapeno) in butter and olive oil. Stir in a dash of chili pepper, onion, and garlic).
Introduce angel hair pasta (cooked) into the pan- allowing the oil and spices to be absorbed by the noodles (stirring together). You will need a large pan or wok. Serve this dish by topping it off with shredded four cheese Mexican (monterey jack, queso quesadilla, cheddar, and asadero cheese). Add salt and pepper as needed.
If this doesn't give you a heart attack, may I suggest serving with a fresh loaf of warm Italian or French bread (with plenty of real butter or extra virgin olive oil). Just to make mom happy... include a salad or vegetable of your choice. I usually like to pound down a bottle of pinot grigio as my liquid refreshment, but a nice cold bottle of Corona (with a lime) would be a great option as well. After a good six hour (calorie induced) nap, you are ready for some meaningless football on television. Because even bad football is good.
If we are adding bacon into anything it must be from Bobby Nelson's in Kenosha. Absolutely the best!
There could be a chapter for crow, and how to eat it.And here I am talking about putting some cheese between a couple slices of wonder.
But we may be onto something. The 1st volume of the edgytim cookbook (he doesnt get any proceeds, its just inspired by board members)
I will take the bait. Why? Because we make better grilled cheese sandwiches? Lol
because your george foreman is free! We have to travel 30 miles to get ours!
Lol
Yeah but you can drive 30 miles and pick you grills.
Well, we can't pick our grills nose.
So if I live in Gurnee can I still go to Wisconsin to get my cheese if it's public cheese?
Pointless? This pointless thread has the potential to surpass the Cutler thread as the longest running thread in Edgy history.
Come on Eagles. Have some Christmas spirit. Or spirit in general. Hahaha! I went to a Christmas Party at Dave & Buster's on Thursday last week. They had free drinks and food. The food was not very good. The Habanero and spinach dip were the only good things...besides the liquor of course. This pointless thread has the potential to surpass the Cutler thread as the longest running thread in Edgy history.
I think you got this one mixed up with the Active Shooter thread. I have now moved on to grilled cheese and tomato soup (bless you bones). I love talking about food almost as much as football. This pointless thread has the potential to surpass the Cutler thread as the longest running thread in Edgy history.
Vodoo. I am purposely making another post to fuel this thread.Grilled cheese and spicy tomato soup is serious business and worthy of a thread in this sub zero frozen tundra!!
I'm going to help bump this thread so it surives all winter!!
Plus there are some damn good recipes I need to try and need easy access to!!
I must've not have given off the right vibe with my post. I actually love this thread. Love habaneros and I love grilled cheese. Cold weather doesn't bother this guy. I almost decided to cook steaks on the grill yesterday. the cold has never had much of an affect on me. Don't know why.
Man you got that right about D & B. The people who hosted the party apologized for the food. I guess that means it will be in another location next year. No harm done, by the way. Just pulling your chain. It's all good.I must've not have given off the right vibe with my post. I actually love this thread. Love habaneros and I love grilled cheese. For a period of time in the 80s/early 90s, maybe due to moussed/gelled/sprayed hairstyles, most men were loath to wear beanie-style hats, even. Winter hats were seen as a black thing and fed into the perception they couldnt take the cold. Wearing a winter hat slowly became more acceptable as grunge, hipster and subsequent fashion changes took shape.Vodoo. I am purposely making another post to fuel this thread.
I said on the other thread the cold doesn't bother me. Did you happen to see the Trib yesterday? On the back page of the sports section they had the top 10 coldest days at Soldier Field for a Bears game. A buddy and I were at the Dec 17th, 1989 game against Green Bay, which was the 5th coldest. I remember it well and I don't remember feeling cold that much at all. Everyone was as bundled up as they could get and there were plenty of flasks making the rounds.
Funny story. So along about the 3rd QTR. we decided to hit the john. So, everyone is taking a leak in the trough. Some guy accidentally dropped a ski glove in the trough. After cussing he stared at it wondering if he should fish it out or leave it in the piss. I mean, it looked like an expensive glove and one is no good without the other. Finally after a few moments he decided to leave it there. So, when the guy left, cussing some more, four or five guys moved down, took aim and pissed all over it as everyone else laughed. God, the 80s were so much fun! Hahaha!
Multifamily housing on Delany Road exists for a reason.Newt,
As long as you can convince the cheese to move to Gurnee, you're good!
Bones, if you can't at least start a thread where guys are threatening to beat each other up whats the point?Pointless?

I'm no doctor, but if I could be so bold as to offer a diagnosis: you tend to generate a significant amount of hot air, which keeps you and those around you quite warm..
