My parents once told me if you cannot say anything nice don't say anything at all - I will stop here on game commentary.

On the other hand, I got to meet Mike Salem and two of his friends who made the long trip up to see this game. Mike, it was a pleasure to meet you and put a face to the name of such an ardent supporter of HS football and this board. And I humbly apologize for my team, Westfield, failing to give you a game worth you traveling all the way up here to Northern Virginia. This really was an ugly game.

It was a pleasure meeting you @falcettik Enjoyed speaking with you before the game. It was a nice surprise to meet another Preps poster. My buddy was joking recently about how everywhere we go somebody knows me. I told him, well that wouldn't happen this week. I knew you were a NOVA guy, but I didn't realize you were a big Westfield supporter. You are a good ambassador for the program.

I'm sorry Westfield didn't have a better game. After the regular season matchup, I figured this would be the best game of the day. JM had a good gameplan and executed it very well. The QB threw a couple of really nice TD passes. They were just dropped in perfectly. JM's defense did a really good job shutting down Westfield. I was surprised by the result, didn't see that happening.
