MAFES Cheese

A little off topic, but has anyone else noticed that the cheese has not been as good as in the past, especially the jalapeño block? I have been ordering this for decades, for myself and as gifts, and I've noticed a decline in the taste in the past five years or so. In fact, for the first time in many years, I did not order any cheese this year.

Anyone else noticed this?

I was at a meeting back in the summer with all the Ag Department heads and they said they were in the process of a big renovation that has been needed for years. Maybe that will help.

Hopefully an agenda item was that it is not 1973 anymore and that there are other cheeses besides cheddar, edam and jalapeno whatever
