Refers to when I posted the thread on this forum about the NC high school football coaching salaries a day or two ago here on the 7A/8A forum. The Hoke County job is in fact the highest paying job in the state of North Carolina for High School football, as ridiculous as that sounds and is. Again my post is not against the Hoke County coach himself and I didnt even name him nor any of the other coaches personally. Just by School. If you haven't look at my thread on the subject. You are going to be suprised is my guess.
Gotcha! Thanks for explaining. I was speaking in regards to the coach who left Mallard Creek and went to Georgia. He went to get that pay day, which is a little over 60k more than the 2nd highest paid coach in NC. Is the Hoke county coach getting money through the booster club also?

MC does have one of the best program in Charlotte, but what gets me is they brag about having the biggest kids, the caravan for the next three years, and a continuous pool of skilled talent. This has been said for now going on 120 months like the guy said above. You would have thought they won seven championships by now. After looking through all these messages, I am unclear as to how they do not recognize the promotional advertisement that emphasizes total victory. I've been waiting to celebrate their championship but I have given up based on years of false hope.

Like the guys said above? The guy above is you. You're the same person. Remember! You do this every year around the same time.

I honestly don't have all the facts but just look at the thread. Another poster in the thread linked the article I was referring too. In general I would just say it's unbelievable at the top of the list and in general for spots 5-20. No Weddington, Grimsley, Cardinal Gibbons, Rolesville, Chambers, Mallard Creek, West Charlotte, Leessville Road. Not even traditional laid Reidsvile or Crest. A bunch of losing or .500 teams on their best years. Its truly puzzling?

Indy, Cardinal Gibbons, Rolesville, West Charlotte is far from a weak in state schedule. The schedule overall looks brutal. Honestly I wouldn't be suprised if they come out .500 with that schedule, possibly even sub .500. I think they very well could have bitten off more than they can chew.
It's a good schedule. I wouldn't call it brutal though.

Creek is preparing to lean on a young but incredibly gifted group of sophomores, and this isn’t your average underclassmen squad. The Class of 2028 is already drawing serious attention as potentially the most talented in school history, with top-tier recruits at nearly every position.

They already have the size and measurables of college freshmen. The offense has two dynamic running backs and a dual-threat quarterback who has shot up to 6'3". In the trenches, they feature massive linemen ranging from 6'4" to 6'7", giving Creek a dominant presence up front.

On defense, they bring physicality and speed, with 200-pound linebackers, two edge rushers who already hold Power 4 offers, and a secondary full of track athletes who can fly.

If this group grows up fast, Creek could make noise as early as this season. If not, it’s only a matter of time — because over the next two years, they’re poised to be one of the toughest teams in the state with national ranking potential. Rising 10th graders!
We've heard this before.

How do you even come close to placing this program in the highest heavens.

YOUNG
GIFTED
DRAWING ATTENTION
MOST TALENTED
TOP-TIER RECRUITS AT NEARLY EVERY POSITION

This is so sick, that i'm sick. Makes me want to vomit

It's incredibly frustrating to see such talent and potential go unfulfilled year after year. While the accolades and achievements on paper can be impressive, they often feel hollow when they don’t translate into real-world impact.

Yes - absolutely we've heard this before. Every single year. I mean this program is such a talented bunch, but honey why do they have so much of a problem putting messages such as this in action. Is it a lack of resources, ineffective communication, or perhaps a disconnect between strategy and execution?

Achievements on paper mean nothing without real-world results.

Maybe if you had a team that played over 400 football, it would keep you occupied from trolling Mallard Creek every year with your numerous identities. 🤷🏾‍♂️😂 What a miserable life you must have, to be sick and throwing up over post from a High School football board. Hopefully you won't commit suicide. 🤣

I've been out of the game for a bit, but have been keeping up...

Why is everyone so mean to each other?

Not one of us can deny Nepsy's allegiance to the Creek Program. I have heard that he is actually the head coach, and the name Tinsley is his alias.
