These types of players mask other "well-documented" deficiencies on our team.
I'm starting to see that some of Deville's problems are two-fold, with only one of them being his fault. Yes, he plays out of control sometimes. However, the other players simply do not make adjustments to play at "his" speed. This problem will self-correct over time once he becomes a starter and spends significantly more minutes running the offense.
