Today he voted to eliminate the stream protection rule, which now allows coal companies to push excavated materials and mine waste in streams, polluting streams and drinking water for WVians.

Previously, the rule only required coal companies to stay 100 feet away from streams. Yes, 100 feet. Now which side is being ridiculous.
