Matt Wyatt had a beat writer from Starkville news paper on his showthis morning and he made a good point. TX gave Diaz and his wife the Royal treatment. They are serious about him. They would not put on the show like they did if they were looking somewhere else.Anyways it's asports writer and Istop taking their opinions realseriously. </p>
I'm pretty confident UT is offering Diaz. Wives aren't making these trips for preliminary get to know you stuff. Wives attend when it's time to make a decision. I'm sure Manny and his wife are thinking it over, talking with Dan and the staff, and will make a decision shortly. Even if his mind is made up, I'm sure he's a decent guy and will at least give Dan and the AD the courtesy of entertaining their counter to keep him here. If he's here next year, it's because he turned Texas down. Knowing that, let's just get comfortable knowing Chris Wilson is likely going to be our DC next year - I'll miss Manny, but I'm still confident in the future on the defense.
