I believe the next 5 or so weekends will determine if we host or not. We've at least weathered the storm and have put us back in the mix for the time being.

I believe that if we sweep today and get two next week vs Auburn, we will be on track big time. We need to win 2 vs Bama, 1 @ Vandy, 1 @ Ole Miss, 2 vs South Carolina. We will host if we do this.

My simulation has us taking Kentucky's host.

A win today and a Kentucky loss solidifies that. South Carolina getting swept really opened the door.

Right now, I have us as the third host and USC as the fourth SEC host. Kentucky is still right there (Kentucky and USC play next weekend). Ole Miss (RPI), Arkansas (SEC Placement) and Florida (RPI) are in the hunt. I think Alabama's and A&M's chances are gone.

Just another reason why games like today are so important. There is no room for error. We cannot rest on our laurels....winning a series is not enough. We need to sweep. Every win, every game, counts. We are going to have to outlast Arkansas, Kentucky, Carolina and maybe even Ole Miss.
