I would make a serious run at this kid. Probably gonna win his second national title this year.

Scored 30 touchdowns this season to only three interceptions. 6-3 and 220 pounds. If he has watched any tape of our offense this last year, he knows he’s a day one starter. Knows.

Thank you for posting a suggestion...whether it is reasonable or not (it sounds reasonable to me). In any case, finding a QB is job 1. We can complain about clock management and call for coaches to be fired all winter long...but the reality is really bad QB play is the reason NU is 5-7 and not 8-3 (or better). Rhule and Satterfield whiffed on their QB this season...they cannot make the same mistake next year.

At this level, they don’t even have to be NFL prospects. They’ve got to be smart, heads up players, that know how to win and can make some throws. I hate the term game manager, but you can win a lot of games playing to your strengths and distributing to your play makers.

I_wa can win 10 games with that ****** QB. We should be able to find someone better than him and at least get to a bowl.
