minute, I just saw the goal post on the ground in a game where Georgia just got beat, did the fans, no never mind.
from my preseason predictions:
Georgia- 6-6 (3-5)- <span style="text-decoration:underline">inexperienced QB and a below average defense put Richt on the hotseat in Athens</span>. Schedule does them no favors having to start off @SC, then home to Arkansas, then @State. Bad start snowballs them to a 6-6 record. Wins over Tenn, Vandy, and Kentucky
I also predicted LSU to finish 4th in the SEC West

Will Muschamp or Kirby Smart. It is telling that neither of these guys took the DC position under Richt last year, especially being Georgia guys. It makes me think they don't respect Richt's coaching or they aren't going to move unless it is for a head coaching position. Probably the latter, but not taking the job is looking good for them right now. I will say that there are some camps saying that Richt is safe this year, so take that for what it's worth.

Only in college football can you get fired for doing a ****** job, and STILL get paid. In the NFL if player plays terribly, they just cut him. For some reason, the coaches get a special deal.
