Just read he is moving to the defensive line. I think he weighs about 250. So must be slated as a rush end. This is a good move I think. Brings athleticism to the position.

Nebraska doesn't have a ton of quality depth at TE. Having a player move to the edge their junior year seems a bit desperate.
And I thought he was supposed to be a great TE, particularly in blocking. Hopefully he understands blocking well enough that he can outmaneuver it as well as he supposedly performed it. This move should make in easier for Sorensen to get some snaps as we sure don’t want to lose him.

Less cutting and change of direction from the DE spot. A third ACL would likely call it a career. He did play DE in high school, so has some experience in the position.

Bear Tenney, he was committed to Nebraska but he never made it here, I believe he went to Utah first and now he's at like Sacramento State.
Agreed and I’m ashamed of myself. Not easy when I don’t even know the name of the kid though.
