I understand what you're saying. I take what Fauci says with a grain of salt. Just because someone is a scientist or doctor doesn't make them 100% correct all the time. In somewhat of a defense of Fauci and other medical professionals, COVID is much different than anything we've seen before. Its transmits differently, it has a longer incubation period, etc. This is only a few months old. It usually takes years to figure something like this out. He's giving advice based on what is known at the time.
That said, he does not take the economy or people's mental health into account when making recommendations. You can't keep the entire economy shut down for months at a time...COVID or not. People need to get out of the house for their own sanity. Kids have to go to school for their parents' sanity.
This anti-mask stuff is BS though. It helps. It helps prevent the spread. That is proven. Get out of the house. Go to work. But wear a mask...when you are in proximity of other people. If you're walking down the street, playing golf, running and no one is around you don't need a mask. If you are working in close proximity to people, or in a crowded restaurant...wear a mask. I wear a mask where NY or an establishment tells me to, and I'm probably wearing a mask 10 mins a day. Its not that big a deal. You are preventing other people from getting sick. That limits the exposure to others, the economy, etc. Then once things are under control, we can all stop wearing masks.
And when does the mask requirement end? Because viruses will NEVER end. How many are already saying "adopt the NEW NORM"???? F**K that ****.

Nothing works better than a healthy immune system. Eat well, take multi vitamin supplements like iodine, zinc, and ascorbic acid....exercise, wash your hands, and use a good hand sanitizer that kills surface bacteria and you have an almost 99% chance of not only avoiding the virus, but surviving it if you are exposed.

I got mask shamed last week for wearing a mask inside a business I was delivering UPS packages to. And the women there shaming me for wearing the mask were definitely in the age group that should be worried about contracting the virus. Go figure. Anyway, wear a mask don’t wear a mask it’s a personal decision. I don’t believe in shaming either side.
