A lot of stupid people called for him to get fired last season. I said at the time those takes were giving me Butch Thompson 2010 flashbacks. That guy can 17ing coach and knows how to teach what are trying to do as an OL.

Our OL was phenomenal last weekend and really good for 95% of tonight too. Let’s see how we look against Bama, but this three game stretch are probably the three best DLs we will play this season.

Thats why they let the AD and head coach make the decisions. The football experts on here would have us worse than Vandy hiring a new coach every other year. Plus constantly rotating QBs. Cause we all know Cohen is a moron, Miller sucks, Leach doesn't know **** about football and the guy throwing 64 passes for 400 yards has a noodle arm***. Plus the pretzels are hard and it plainly says they are soft

For sure and this is getting overlooked a little. His pocket awareness is getting better by the game. You have to scramble a little and step up in the pocket sometimes and he’s doing that now.

They still need to do better with run-blocking, but I agree about the improvement (and with Roegrs doing better moving in the pocket). Last night showed what happens when Rogers has time to work through progressions. He needs to improve to make quicker reads/not hold onto the ball so long, but yesterday was a big step forward. Still lots of work to do, but I liked what I saw (and I did not expect to).

I think the big negatives on the OL occurred in the 4th quarter when A&M started pumping noise thru the speakers while we were over the ball, which is illegal. Usually only BAMA gets away with that. Also Dollar Bill needs to get more of a mean streak.
