Matoaca posted their second shutout win. As the score indicates they are very good defense. Henrico’s QB is an accurate passer and the receivers made a few athletic receptions. Their quick passing and screen game was effective, but they were unable to run the ball or make big plays downfield.
Matoaca scored 35 vs Warhill and Henrico, but they looked more comfortable and efficient on offense vs Henrico. I’m anxious to see how this team continues to improve.
