Washington is currently sitting at 8-9. Forget about the NCAA's with them; they will have a hard enough time just making the NIT at this point. Fultz is the real deal, though.
As for Shaka, I kind of feel like he's a little overrated. He's a young, energetic coach that had one great run in March. His teams have made a first round exit in each of the past three seasons. He's a very solid recruiter, so it'll be interesting to see how some of his promising prospects develop over the next few years.
I always thought the worse school for bringing in talent and doing next to little with it, was UNLV... they are obviously in the middle of a rebuilding year with Dave Rice out of the picture. But they seemed to bring in top 20 players every year, multiple draft picks... and it seems like they never won anything remotely relevant in March.
