Shapen needs to stay healthy for awhile.
Backups looking good, but needs to learn how to read the field.
A lot of talent, at QB

Lebby is bringing QBs, that is without question.
I say he is also bringing OL being a former OL himself.
We seem to bring good to really good RBs and….

WRs seem to be getting its share with that Tupelo kid.

I believe this offense will be competitive as long as Lebby is here.
Defense fueled by the fact we are in Mississippi and they are here. Some $$$ put in and this could work better than most of us ever imagined that lived through the years of when we sold home games away. We played home games away for a large portion of my life, I don’t think most understand just how more bright the future can become.

Yes years straight of bowl games was nice but… there is more to had.

Shapen and the backups are not our issue.
Hopefully our OL has matured and gelled this offseason.
Every time I see and hear MW discuss football he reminds me more and more of Jackie Sherrill in his voice and looks.
Jackie did have more hair however 😀

So did Todd back then. QB is easily the best position group on the team, with RB next. You can win games with those two positions on our team. It was interesting to hear how high Todd is on Taylor. Sounds like he has a very long way to go learning the game, but the physical tools sound elite.

The “offseason” for our offensive line has been this summer only. We brought in new guys in the spring portal, so this is the first time during fall camp they are actually playing together. Just FYI.

I watched this the other day and it was interesting to hear Matt say that Kamario had an unlimited ceiling and did things in practice that you just don't see from other QB's. I know he has a lot to learn, but coach better put that kid in every once in a while this season to get his feet wet and build his mystique among fans. We need to keep that guy on campus for a good while. I'd love to see Kamario at MSU during his junior and senior year.
