I know from personal experience alcohol and hot tubs don't mix. If you are drinking and fall asleep you might not wake up especially if you are alone. Didn't Jim Morrison die in a bathtub drowning? Hot water and alcohol relax your muscles. I stayed in too long once and had a difficult time getting out.
