At least he didn't type it as Mafews! They have a pretty nice team. Them, Lancaster and CB are the top teams and will likely stay that way although Northampton might slip in there

Friday should be a good game either way. But I agree with others that a lot of people are sleeping on CB. Didn’t they do the same last year!? Seems par for the course when it comes to CB. Always the under dog. But they’re playing well. If they keep consistent they could be trouble all season.

They did beat Northampton by 30, the same Northampton team that beat Lancaster by 1. Last year they ran into a buzzsaw in Surry in the regional semifinals. They have basically the entire team back. CB, Mathews and Lancaster are clearly the top 3 teams in the Region, but these are high school kids and anything can happen on any given night

That is true. Never know with high schools kids. That’s actually part of that happened with Surry last year. The whole team did not show up to play that night. What this years team lacks in size, they are making up for it with hustle, defense and ball sharing. Fun to watch.

Indeed they are. In Davis, Jett and Lucas, they have a solid big 3. 54 ppg just between them.

CB did graduate starters in last year's NND Player of the Year Lyons and another player whose names slips my mind but is supposed to be playing baseball at VCU

I’ve heard Lyons is playing at a prep school. And Delane is a pitcher at VCU. Heard he also got a basketball offer towards the end of last season. Both good athletes.
