Up till now they'd been separating East and West like the RPI rankings, wonder why they started putting them back all together again.
2A is together too. I think East Surry dropped from 6 to 8
Right they're not separating any classification any more. One time last week they instead of going like 1A East 1A West they just had 1A on the same page but still separated East / West like now in that format they had it would look like..

I guess they've just been experimenting and decided to go back to the original format. But the other made sense since the NCHSAA RPI separates them.
Murphy is 5-3. This has them listed at 4-3. Also Andrews is 6-2, not 5-2. Hope this isn’t the formula that will decide the playoff field.
It's not this is MaxPreps the NCHSAA RPI rankings decides the playoff field though they do use MaxPreps it for win/lost records which I believe they should be able to do on their own without having to use MaxPreps. But if you click on Murphy it states the correct games and 5-3 so could be a type o. As for Andrews wins 5 ( Hickory, NB, Mitchell, N Georgia, Haysville ) lost 2 ( Swain, Cherokee) who's missing? Score stream shows Brevard was cancelled.

My bad on Andrews. I thought they had won six games, but five is correct.
It was the MaxPrep 1A Football Rankings (10/17/2021) with east and west combined.
