"I think we have better receivers than A&M," Wallace said. "They want to talk about Mike Evans being so good, but we have Donte (Moncrief) and I think Laquon (Treadwell) is going to be that way. We have better players on the outside than A&M does."

Evans had seven catches and 279 yards against Alabama in the Tide's 49-42 win on Sept. 14. Alabama hadn't allowed that many points since Nick Saban arrived in 2007.

"Yeah, I think we can put points on them," Wallace said. "I think we can put points on anybody. We just have to show up and play. It's the same thing every week, let's stay on schedule, control the tempo and don't have any turnovers."

And the Alabama secondary? How have they looked?

"I wouldn't say a drop off, but when you have first-round corners every year, I don't know if they are exactly first-round corners," Wallace said. "But if you have a guy going in the top 10, you're going to have a little bit of a drop off the next year."

Not to mention moncrief's tebow speech part 2. Will Ohio state make it to play Moncrief like they did to play tebow?***

The media leads you down roads. I can't stand bo wallace, however I don't think there is really that much wrong with what he said. Would it have been better to just not say anything, yes. Would it have been better not to involve A&M at all, yes. Is Moncrief just about as good as Josh Evans, probably yes. Wallace is just not as much of a pain in the *** to stop like johnny is and that opens up wr's thus evans has a huge game because you can't afford to double him. Could you say moncrief would be as good as evans in A&M's offense? I would say that is a push with Manziel qb'ing.

Ha Ha Clinton Dix is a great talent, beleu is good. they had a frosh playing earlier that was getting picked on badly at A&M. I can't remember his name. They probably don't have a first round corner this year except maybe clinton-dix. CJ moseley is a hoss, and I wouldn't say **** about him prior to a game. What kinda first name is ha ha anyways?

I can admit when I'm wrong

1. you're right, I'm wrong
2. subjective
3. check back with me after thanksgiving. Moncreif is #4 on the wr board for 2015. Evans is about #12 this year on kipers big board.
4. you're right, I'm wrong and it is Ha'shean Clinton Dix not Ha Ha.

you just made his point for him.

#12 on Kiper Big Board >>> #4 WR for c/o 2015. Kiper ranks all "expected" draft eligible players...so in essence he is saying Evans is the #12 draft eligible player in America. The simple fact that Moncreif isn't included on the big board tells you all you need to know. Is he good, yes. And will be at worst and 2nd/3rd round pick, but he isn't Mike Evans good, who is a first round LOCK. And to top all of that off....Evans is only a RS sophomore,

Cyrus Jones (#5). And when jones wasn't get lit up by Evans, John Fulton was.

Eddie Jackson is the next Milliner.

If he's top 12-15 pick, then Evans will be gone. aTm probably gonna take a hit this year with Evans, Matthews, and most likely Manziel leaving. Sumlin may bolt to USC after all

Funny thing is that he forgot to factor in that aTm has the best player in college football at QB, while OM has...uhm, him.

yep, cause Kiper/McShay are never wrong. They are both special talents, big, NFL wr's. It's a little different having manziel as a threat to run versus Wallace. you're forced to cover Evans man up because you can't afford to leave manziel. I don't think Moncreif would have any trouble putting up huge numbers at aTm with Manziel, however that can't be proved. I have seen moncrief destroy man coverage when he gets it against nearly any corner particularly LSU last year.

Anyways I think Moncrief will improve his stock, and I'd be interested to see evans in a offense without Johnny if he were to stay next year. Kiper also has teddy bridgewater as #3 pick and I don't buy that. This board of top 64 from SB nation doesn't even have evans listed, tho I think that is a travesty.

I thought most teams zone running qb's so they can face him. If you play man-to-man then he gets downfield before you even realize it.

then why bring them up in the first place??? you used their rankings and obviously didn't know what they meant

except when he got man coverage vs Bama, this year...and couldn't do what Evans did.

i agree, Moncrief will probably improve his stock...but what you are missing is, they are both 3 years removed from high school....and one is ranked CONSIDERABLY higher than the other.

here is CBS NFL draft rankings...who for the most part are pretty spot on...Mike Evans #17 OVERALL player...#3 draft eligible WR behind M Lee (1) S Watkins (2). Moncrief at 66 OVERALL, #8 WR...so about a fringe 2nd/3rd rounder...like i said above.

http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prospectrankings

Bridgewater is #1 OVERALL btw...

Gosh almighty.

They are the most notable draft experts. That doesn't mean I think they are right with either of their top 50 or that won't change during the draft, or the rest of the year. How 17ing hard is it to understand a draft board, that doesn't mean I believe all of it. For instance Teddy Bridgewater as #1 smells like Jamarcus Russell 2.0. I think Mcarron or the UCLA kid would make a better pro qb or Taj Boyd.

Yes, I think Moncrief is better than Evans. That's my opinion, sorry that you can't respect that. I think Evans is a fantastic talent though much less sought after minus manziel. It makes a whole helluva lot of difference playing with a potential two time Heisman trophy winner as your QB on a team that is a national championship contender and all the pub they get.

If containing moncreif is so easy, make a call to deshea and help out. We did so well against him last year. I can give credit where credit is due even tho he plays for Ole miss. Moncreif is a monster whether they are getting the ball to him enough or not.

Bridgewater sucks *** btw. I like Clowney alot though as a #1.
