Maybe we have an idea why Saum was fired now.

Could it be that he couldn't produce anything that would make Sydney guilty?

when Sidney's team has withheld the bank records that would either exonerate or convict him.

if you are wanting to know about illicit income, then deposits should be all you would need....

he showed the deposit sections of the bank statements....

what are they wanting or needing the rest for?... to see if they bounced some GD checks? how many times they went to the grocery store?

see if anyone used the ATM at the local strip bar?

that what Jackson said he submitted to the NCAA was indeed what he did. To any person with half a brain, it's obvious that he didn't submit all the bank records. Why not? The answer is obvious.

The other players turned over everything the NCAA requested. They got slaps on wrist and now cleared. Sidney did not turn over everything requested. Not full bank records. Understand? So he did not get cleared. Sidney hired a slick lawyer to try and pressure the NCAA and get around having to turn in all the information they requested. That hasn't worked so far. See the difference? I'll bet you do now. FURTHER, Sidney was in hot water about this LOOOOONG before he decommitted from USC and committed to MSU, so this was never about us. No conspiracy theory. Just a family that violated NCAA eligibility rules and is trying to skirt the issue and slide by. That's it, Wind. We're all wasting time reading Veazey and others' updates on this. And you are wasting alot of emotion on it.

Since everybody has a conspiracy theory, here's mine. I think its possible that whoever suggested the other day that RS's parents and his lawyer don't really want him to be eligible is correct. If Sidney doesn't play, the NBA scouts can't nitpick about his weaknesses and his draft status doesn't suffer.

than the NCAA conspiring to keep MSU basketball down. I like Stansbury's attitude about it. He never publicly gets involved in the Sidney speculation. Planning not to have him, but keeping him around just in case.

He doesn't play and gets drafted making their LA bank statements look like chump change. Sounds like the perfect plan to me.
