Maybe we should focus more than 2 days on Marshall?

[QUOTE="xWVU2010x, post: 129451091, member: 1467482"] Huggs downplays the game because we have higher aspirations than blowing out Marshall. We win this game 90% of the time and we usually sleepwalk. One of the few times we arguably "focused" was when we had a bad team in 2012-13 and Marshall on paper should have been in the game and we won by double digits. The players arent robots, like it or not they will be more "up" for certain games than others. Huggs cant prepare them for every game like its the national championship, the players will be mentally burnt out after 3 weeks. Marshall on the other hand will always over prepare for this game. As a Marshall basketball player, this game, maybe 1 or 2 other non conference games against P5 opponents, and the Conference Tournament are likely the only remotely "big time" events you get each year, the rest of your games are played in tiny 20% full arenas that if you're lucky are televised locally in Huntington or on ESPN3, can you blame them for giving us their A game each year?
