#7 seed in Lunardi’s first bracketology for 2019-20. Jon Rothstein also has us in his early top 25. I know this will disappoint many, but we’ll be good this upcoming season.
Losing Q will obviously be tough. But I really like our high end talent and think we have a chance to be really good at the 4/5 position. I also think we realized how important Nick Weatherspoon was to our basketball team down the stretch. I think Tyson, Nick and Woodard can be effective at the 1/2/3. I think Woodard and Perry make that freshman to sophomore playing level jump.
My question mark is the depth.
Huge question mark..
Carter at point is...huh. He is a player that can handle some point and set up a play. I dont think he is a player that can consistently beat his man off the dribble, collapse a defense, and kick or finish.
Hope I am wrong.
No question that this team will be slower, but bigger/stronger. And that is OK, ask Virginia.Carter at point is...huh. He is a player that can handle some point and set up a play. I dont think he is a player that can consistently beat his man off the dribble, collapse a defense, and kick or finish.
