MC Fans at GBW

You may have to get through the personal security detail of the GW population, but sure, go ahead.
When I look at the films, the visitor stands look half empty at LA. The BR game looked to be 3/4 full with a solid student section, but I may be looking at BR's side.
If MC fans really want to sit in the home stands, my suggestion would be to sit on the East side of the stands. Generally, we of the louder more obnoxious persuasion sit on the West side toward the middle. The East is away from the student section and their music. It does get a little loud over there.
Both end zones will have seating so if the MC student section does decide to show up (sorry but saw none at LA), push them to the East end zone where they can properly harass the players. Barrington's kids were the wittiest last year by far.
I see no good reason whatsoever to encourage our fans to sit where they're not welcome. At best, it generates hard feelings and mistrust. At worst, well, you can use your imagination.
I doubt very much if our coaching staff wants GW to have any further incentive and encouragement.
Our goal is to win. Why give the other guys an edge?
We manage quite well with small visitor seating at Brother Rice, I see no reason why Duchon should be any different.
We are not responsible for GBW's decision to build an insultingly inadequate visitors' stands. If MC fans want to sit on the home side, they should expect to be made to feel welcome. And in point of fact, the small Brother Rice visitors' stands have had the effect over the years of discouraging larger turnouts.
Maybe they can create a "Safe Space" for a certain MC fan so he won't feel threatened by alternative viewpoints.
I think MC fans will be fine. LZ, Barr and Stevie all bring huge contingents and seem to be fine. I for one have already welcomed you to our side so let's pump the brake on the tude B&W.

We are good hosts and welcome you guys over to the brats on the home side. Sorry the bathrooms aren't more spacious so be sure to get that out of your system.

There is a house on the east side of the field with a high deck on it. I would try to ask the owner if he might sell a few seats to MC fans.
Be sure to bring your sunglasses boys. The visitor side will be facing a crystal blue sky.

..And yes that means you will be on the north side of one of the few fields I the state that run east and west. Besides GW and Oak Park, can anyone think of other east/west fields?

You don't have to go far to find one though. Montini runs east-west.
