Here is what I could find as seeing some good Meck. Co games for 9/26.

9/26 4-1 Mallard Creek vs 3-2 West Charlotte.. My personal game of the week
9/26 3-2 Charlotte Catholic vs 4-1 Porter Ridge
9/26 2-2 Olympic at 2-2 Central Cabarrus
9/26 2-3 East Meck vs 1-4 Ballantyne Ridge

- Creek (mostly based on home field, this one should be close)
- EDIT: Porter Ridge** (Originally had Catholic in a bounce back win but that was under the impression that they were at home, they’ll be on the road so my pick changed)
- Olympic (I’m not too familiar with either team, really a push imo but taking the Charlotte team. EDIT: another situation where I thought my pick was at home but I’m going to rock with Olympic).
- East Meck (hopefully)

** Not listed but I’d take Chambers over Butler this week too.

Does coach Ferbee get some slack now? Butler losing to Providence is shocking. Coach Ferb has Tallwood moving in a great direction.
Ferebee inherited a Butler team that returned their full offense with a D1 quarterback. To be fair the defense was young but that was a much more talented team.

Hales stepped in to prevent what they had left from leaving because of Ferebee. When some of the players who left found out Hales returned it was too late. Most people at Butler knew it would be a rebuilding year. All things considered the defense has played well, Hales is figuring out the offense with the two quarterbacks. I like the Indy transfer better but in my opinion if you have two then you don’t have one.

The team is young and JV is better this year so if Hales sticks around they will be fine.

Butler defense was bad bad that Ferbee inherited. If Butler had that much talent one year wouldn't have made a big difference. Butler's talent has been down prior to Hales leaving. It just really showed under Ferbee. Hales has an excellent system and can really coach his guys up. Dont think he gets the credit he deserves. Just don't think Butler gets the talent they did early 2000s and 2010. Butler was a D1 factory at one point.

Agree with you n the transfer Qb. DeMaurion is special special. Not mant know him because he started at Lexington but he is a baller. Butler JV has some good talent too. wont take too long to rebuild with Hales at the helm.
