It really stinks the injury problems he has had. I believe he was vitally important to our team this season. All American, game-breaking punt returner. Dangerous and improving receiver. The type of player who at times can change the game in one or two plays. I really couldn't see what happened on his injury today - the view wasn't clear, at least in the clip I watched. He must have banged knees with Morgan and maybe pushed his knee in an awkward way that caused the injury. Still, seems an odd way to get injured on what was seemingly contact that shouldn't do that. Maybe others saw it better and can add some clarity to how it happened.

This is exactly why i said we shouldn't have rushed him back and red shirted him this year. This season has been a complete waist when it comes to him and rushing him back didnt even help our season.

Not red shirting him and burning our freshmens RB Steveson red shirt for kick returns was another stupid move, he has no blocking and did not get a chance at even one return today.

I don't know that rushing him back had anything to do with this injury though - it may not have. I am sure we will know more about how it happened soon.

If he was medically cleared to play, you can't just choose to hold him out for the rest of the season and go for a medical redshirt. Danny Nee was gonna try to play that game and the ncaa said 'dont even'

It actually did work with Cookie Belcher for Danny Née.....he just was not the coach as he got fired and Cookie Belcher came back for another year in Barry Colliers first year.
