you've got to cut the head off the snake. stansburydoes not the assistant coaches coach. watch the timeouts
during a game. bruce pearl had his assistants *** deep in their huddles during the game saturday. this is another reason slick rick closes his practices. you keep stansbury you keep the current problems we have now. stansbury doesn't know that he doesn't know.

If Rick doesn't know his weaknesses we're in trouble. You have to figure that if all the armchair point guards can see that our lack of offensive strategy and style are killing us then a guy whose devoted his life to the game can see it too. And if he can see it.......wouldn't he want to fix it?

If his ego doesn't allow him to see his weaknesses.......we have to move on and find another coach. For the sake of the program I hope that Rick realizes we need serious offensive help. And with the SCHEME not just the players.
