Shameful. Can’t even cheat properly. Everything fell apart when they kicked Stans out.

Sound really familiar to something that went down in Starkville but I think we vacated some wins.

Doing that may be within the rules in a couple of years, given the way things are going.
Was just thinking the same thing. I mean, probation and a fine?

A few years ago, this would’ve been player suspensions, vacated wins, possible postseason bans, among other things. Great to see that academic fraud is now yet another thing that everyone is scared to enforce

They should’ve paid the basketball player to let the softball players take tests for him. That way they could claim the softballers paid to use the basketballer’s Name/Image/Likeness to take a test, and all would be well in today’s world.

What kind of athlete doesn't even know how to use AI for all coursework?
****, no kidding. Not to derail the topic, but my 7th grader is an expert. The school has all but given up on homework because they know it's futile at this point. They have to have the kids sitting in class in front of them without their laptops, just to see if they actually know anything.

The courses were Intro to Theater and Health/Sports Terminology. Dealing with a real Einstein here. SMH.
Do you know how hard those classes are and how many athletes take these courses to prepare for life after college? I'd like to see aerospace engineering majors try to pass these classes. I bet they don't even know running backs are put in "rooms" now. Good luck mastering that terminology. It's not as easy as differential equations ***

It's a whole lot easier to cheat now. When I was in college, you had to spend more time trying to cheat than you would on the actual assignment.

BTW, didn't we once have a basketball player pass an online test during a game? That's talent.

Probably not, but who cares? **
