Memphis Resident early front-runner for DDDY 2012?**

I don't know who Memphis Resident is, but I'm going to message him in a moment.
He obviously took offense to me calling north memphis the ghetto...something I should not have done. The players tell me all the time, "we from the hood." They take pride in it because it's their home. The first time I met these guys (Jacob included) I was fascinated with their life and they were fascinated with mine. I told them they could ask me any question they want, as long as I could do the same. That's why we became close friends. We saw into completely different worlds. I love Douglass and I love the people there. I've spent more time than you know in the Douglass community over the past year. I'll be down there this afternoon. I want them to succeed, if I didn't I wouldn't be involved in the first place.
And about Jacob's brother (Tony). I shouldn't have called him a drug dealer, I was repeating what others have told me. Every time I've been to his house to pick up Jacob he was nice and loving and there was no doubt he loved Jacob like a son. I apologize for saying that.
Anyway, this has been a lesson for me...time to move on now.
