I haven't been able to follow every series, but the non-conference performance has been somewhat encouraging. The only real clunker was the Western Carolina series, and that will be forgotten pretty quickly if conference play goes well.

KSU gave us a very lovely gift...in the form of a true freshman pitcher on the mound. If I recall correctly, he walked the bases loaded in the first, and we scored 6 runs on 3 hits. Always a nice way to start a game.
