And he had some interesting things to say and stories about SEC football. Since he was recruited by Saban and also played under miles he had strong opinions on both. Said Saban was a drill sergeant and had everything perfect, while Miles on the other had was an idiot, pretty much what everybody else thinks. Also said that it was a tough decision coming out of high school, by choosing LSU over State and that he really liked Sherill. Among other subjects, he talked about the different SEC cities and stadiums and one particular place they visited where he said they had the most racist fans. I think we can all guess which institution this is. As soon as they got off of the bus, some old white guy was yelling "All yall are is a bunch of ______. Get on the bus and back home." To which one of the LSU O Lineman replied, "well you might as well go home cuz all yall have is a bunch of _______ too." Eli was the QB at the time and we can all fill in blanks.

I learned some very interesting things and he was an overall nice guy.

and after talking to him he has basically said the same thing about Miles. He said Justin liked playing for Saban because he knew what hell he was doing even though he wasn't very pleasant guy to be around. Then Miles took over and was basically thought to be a moron by most of the veteran guys that had spent a lot of time under Saban. Not that really any of this is surprising it just validates everything you hear about Miles.
