Sorry for the late post – this week has been crazy and I’m in a rush even now! This cat is running wild! GambleTron went 6-1 last week. CatBox went 5-2.


Aurora Christian (4-1) @ St. Francis (4-1)

Game of the Week. The last time these two teams met in 2013, it actually WAS the CN100 “Game of the Week” with AC winning 24-10 @ SF Homecoming and dedication of their new football facility. Link to coaches interview & highlights of that game here…
This game could go either way. It’s going to be a grind. I’ll take AC but this is a coin flip.

The only thing entertaining about this game is… will IC cover the 62 points CalPreps is spotting. Both teams should just want to move on with no injuries in what will be a meaningless game.

The CalPreps line 28-27 on this is interesting. Will it really be that close? This game means a lot more to CC because they are playoff bound. I’ll take Chicago Christian at home by a TD.

Catbox you’ll be glad to know I’m actually picking aurora Christian for the first time this week. Saw SF against Fenton and came away unimpressed. I’d say 14 point win for AC.

Catbox you’ll be glad to know I’m actually picking aurora Christian for the first time this week. Saw SF against Fenton and came away unimpressed. I’d say 14 point win for AC.

I am picking AC with my heart. My gut tells me they may get caught tonight on the road. I saw SF @ Wheaton Academy and had the same thoughts you did from watching SF over Fenton. SF is decent but not great. If AC does not play their best game they will lose tonight. Hoping for the best. We shall see.

I actually won't be too hard to find. I always stand on the visitior side with a small group of alum. I usually stand on the SW corner of the visitor side right near the barrier with the field on the 5 yd line. I have nephews playing in both games but won't be there until after 6:15 p.m.

I'm about 6'3".......220lbs.........50ish...........but I have a full head of hair and will be wearing a light gray Berghaus fleece jacket. I may be standing with or very near several people in folding chairs.
