How can a good friend of Comey's investigate Comey? Comey wrote and illegally leaked a memo of a privileged conversation with the President using a 3rd party (if Comey thought it legal, he would have called the NY Times himself). Comey's note represent his version which may very well conflict with Trump's. There is no obstruction even if Comey is accurate. But what about the investigation into Comey's illegal leak? Did Comey leak any other information? How can Meuller possibly investigate Comey in a non-partisan, strictly professional manner. Meuller must have the APPEARANCE of independence. He does not.

There's no conflict, he's investigating the allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians, it's not complicated.

His investigation is not limited to collusion. He can expand it anyway he sees fit. And how do we know that Comey did not engage in wrong doing with the Russian Dossier that was fake and used as the means to get a FISA warrant?

He must step down.

1) Trump didn't invoke privilege. I know this is a totally foreign concept to you. You constantly show your ignorance.

2) Rod Rosentstein, appointed by Trump, appointed Mueller to special counsel. Maybe you should be crying to Trump, snowflake. Senators from both sides of the aisle have commented numerous times on what a wonderful selection Mueller is.

You are going to go ape **** if they bring obstruction of justice charges against trump. I can hear it now: it's a conspiracy, it's rigged, it's fake news....

If Comey is such a liar, trump can testify under oath. Or even better, just cough up those tapes.

You claimed Comey could not have committed a crime because the memos were his property. You were proven wrong. You've been wrong more often than Rosie O'Donnell's number of dinners per night.

Meuller has a huge appearance problems regarding this conflict. They are very good friends. He must step down since he has no idea where this investigation leads. How many other Comey leaks? How many of them crimes?

Didn't know that Comey may have committed a crime at the time of the appointment. Now that we know (we don't know how many other leaks Comey perpetrated), he must step down.

No point in investigating Comey since he's done nothing wrong unless telling the truth is a crime.

He leaked information that is a crime. He used a conduit to do so, and that person also committed a crime.

Comey wrote a non-memo with Bush 2 in regards to warrant-less surveillance. This has to be fact since he told the truth and said that Trump was the first president he had written memos after conversations.

I've never understood why Trump and his loyal followers have clung to that verbiage. Just because you're not under investigation today doesn't mean that you won't be tomorrow. Seems pretty simple.
