What say the pack? How would y'all feel if one of our players, in any sport, did this?

To me it's borderline, but it's not as if he was rooting for State, or LSU (real rivals).

Wearing the UF shirt was probably a bit much.

Why would anyone give a 17. The only news worthy story left about that guy is what he's caught tooting not about his rooting.

Henderson didn't wear a State shirt as far as I know, but he tweeted in support of us during the CWS.

BUT, he is pulling for the SEC ... just like me. Few, if any, talking heads had 3 SEC teams in the sweet 16 OR 2 in the Elite Eight.

It DOES HELP the SEC when SEC schools win in the NCAAT and that will help with RPI in the future.

Shouldn't be a problem to find something else to rag MH about BUT this ain't it.

Not unusual. Students of small colleges regularly root for major universities. When I was at Millsaps, I had classmates who were fans of major schools like Miss. State, Alabama, Tennessee, LSU, etc.

I bet that most SEC basketball players pull for their sister schools that are still alive in the NCAA's.
