Not impressed with Miami. They look pretty soft. We should be able to handle them if we don't poop the bed.
I like Kaaya. But at this point I'm not sure I'd call Miamis offense ok. Their oline looks pretty weak. And thus far they don't have any skill position players that stand out.
Yearby is good. And they do have talent at WRs. I haven't watched much so no idea if Coley or Berrios are playing tonight.
Don't know, can tell you that FAU is on their backup QB and they look more athletic than miami
True, but you also have to remember FAU is recruiting from the same schools at Miami. So some of thee kids feel they need to prove something. But I see what you mean.
Miami fans bought banner to fly over stadium tonight saying "make Miami great again- Butch Davis 2016." Silly Miami fans...don't they know any coach over 60 is on life support?
Missed the Nebraska game last week to go scout FAU. They are really bad. The fact that Tulsa could score bunches should tell you something. The Golden Hurricane aren't any good.
We couldn't really "handle" them last year when we went up against them in Memorial Stadium. People don't seem to understand just how bad Bo let it get. I hope we win, and I think we can, but Miami's offense is pretty good.
Because that's how football works. Miami not playing well in their first game means they can't possibly improve.
ACC coaches tremble at this thought. If Miami hired Butch again he would be in the ACC championship game in two years tops. Miami would be of national relevance again.
Several top high school prospects last summer said they would commit to the Canes if Butch was brought back.
Miami's QB is damned good and their O line played better as the game wore on. Miami has some issues upfront on their O line but they still have very good skill players with great speed. They WILL be a challenge and anybody that thinks otherwise is being foolish. I think we get a W but we'll need to play well to do it.
Tried to tell some of you that BYU had a much better team than the Canes....After last night it didn't change my mind.. Should win next week but it won't be a cake walk.
Based on the performance by our defensive line in the first game...people shouldn't get too excited about Nebraska dominating upfront against Miami. Winking

Very true. FAU also put the ball on the ground a couple times and had some bad INTs that gave Miami very good field position. And again, they played FAU.
This is Miami playing down to the level of their opponent. They looked like we did against McNeese. They will bring their A-game for us.
