Was at hump yesterday and it sucked. No life, no enthusiasm, boring commercials at every timeout that suck energy out of the place, awkward silences from band & cheerleaders after commercials. Glad to see hype guy appearances cutdown. Watching Spartans and wolverines and that place is juiced with energy - amazing that we used to have that for every home sec game.

So you're comparing the atmosphere of a Michigan/Michigan State game to that of an MSU/Auburn game? WOW. A battle of two ranked teams, in-state rivals, to a game where an unranked Auburn team continued to answer every basket by an overrated MSU team.<div>
I simply wonder what it will take to get people off of the "Hump's quiet" bandwagon. The place was CRAZY during the last few minutes and during the runs throughout. I think many have an alternate reality of what the Hump has been like because they continue to compare it to the Florida games of old. Remember, the Hump was rocking when we played good teams and we were anxious about the product on the court. Now, we're all just waiting for the other shoe to drop and we have played teams that we "expect" to beat. </div>
