It's pretty odd that he has plenty of time to advertise for new customers and respond to certain people but not enough time to activate memberships. If he doesn't have time, he has several other people he could delegate this to. It makes me think there is something behind the scenes that is making this a problem. If so, I don't understand why he wouldn't communicate this.

Once you get through this piece, the site is pretty good.

I got suckered into doing some advertising on the BDJ board. He has never attempted to get back to me or refund my money. Paypal is his best friend. He just took my money and had no intentions on honoring the deal. I lost all respect for him. #crook

I emailed Michael about an issue with my granddad trying to make the switch and accidently signing up for blitz while trying to convert and Michael emailed back pretty quickly and said he would take care of it. I think he's tightening up a little bit and doing a better job at getting back to people.

I'd even say he went out of his way to do it.I've never had a problem communicating with him or Paul either. Hopefully it'll all get straightened out after the changeover.I think the final product will be well worth the hassle.
