It's only a crime if he's charged with it, or lied about it (perjury) I'm not sure he's done either. He certainly hasn't been charged with a crime. Regarding his activty on Trump's campaign (which is what the Feds are investigating) I'm not sure what he's done wrong? Is there anything?

I think you are basically correct. She did plea her innocence in her statement to congress. That was OK. Then she took the 5th which disallowed cross examine of her statement of innocence.
I don't think the General's statement was made in the congressional hearing. That makes two totally different situations.
You are asking for specifics on issues that are currently being investigated by the FBI. More details will emerge if he's charged after the investigation is complete. If no charges are files, we may not know.

Obama was the weakest President since carter. Both did a lot of harm to the US. You don';t agree and I don't expect you to. Flynn should have been speaking to the Russians and anybody else. However, by not informing of the money, he is in big trouble. That's his only problem that we know of so far. Investigation onto Flynn is not complete. There could be more. Just tell me where there is a crime? Collusion is not a crime, there is no statue for that.
