Per FootballScoop.com. Now is Washington a step up from Texas Tech, or is it just the Pac 10 would be easier to win than the Big 12?

Any validity to the post yesterday about Jim Mora Jr? If Leach gets the Washington job could we possible land little Mora?

I apparently still am suffering from lack of caffeine this morning. Regardless of that fact, it still opens my eyes he would consider leaving Tech for Washington.

at TT, you have to play texas and oklahoma every year. at washington, it's really just usc as the elite program. also, outside of usc, they don't play defense in the pac-10. leach will have a field day.

uw is a big school, the state flagship (if you will), located in seattle. if you've never seen their football stadium, you should check it out - it's amazing. their tailgating is done on the water - like tennessee, but much nicer. plus, uw has a successful football history (much more so than TT).

Washington has played in more Rose Bowls' than anybody besides USC or Michigan, and they've been there most recently in 2001. They've gone through some hard times recently, but it's been proven over a long period of time that you can win big there pretty consistently. That's a big step up from Texas Tech which has NEVER been to a BCS bowl, and likely won't go to one this year either.
