Looking at the way this thread is going, this may not be what you guys want to hear,
Then,I clearly was not talking to you. Hell, my 7 year old has enough attention span to understand if he is in a room when I yellat the dog that I am not talking to him also.DerHntr said:Looking at the way this thread is going, this may not be what you guys want to hear,
multiple posters prior to this post, including mine, have said they were fine with what he did. take your ******** elsewhere
nodawgoneway said:Ok guys,
Looking at the way this thread is going,(it seems to be goingjust the opposite of the point you are about to make)this may not be what you guys want to hear, but this is EXACTLY what our team needs in the locker room.(what team? football?...did someone tell youMullen was coddling the team?)I mean honestly, have any of you previous posters ever played football? (No response needed, I know you were on ALL on the all state team)(wow, what a treat. we just never get anyone around here that has ever played a down. Just gets so boring with all the 'I wish the coach wouldnt be so hard on the players' posts.)FYI, this happens every Friday night at half your local highschools in MS. The real problem as I see it, is we all want to eat the pig, but are scared to see him get slaughtered.(oh, exactly right. The real problem with our football team is that the fans are worried about the coaches language in the locker room)You can't have tough, hardnosed football players that try to take heads off at the snap of the ball, and then tell them to stop and pick flowers when the whistle blows.(and of course that is what our fans mean when we say a rant is batshit. What we are saying is that "gosh coach, if you'd just tell the players to calm down at the end of a play")It's the same thing, asking them to run over the man in front of him, but get offended at a couple of "17 you's"!Quit being such bitches, and realize that this is football. Those two videos are obviously after two games that the coachesworkedthese guys up for weeks to win. They didn't work all that time for loses. They expected the best from the team. The team obviously laid anegg.(no research on the games done, but feel free to do so, as I am sure you will) (what do the exact games have to do with this?)After the game, the coaches got into their asses, and the next game they probably played like the have a pair. (again, research at will)He has a point in the first video. These guys have been getting laid all summer off the success of people who are no longeron the team. It is time for them to pay the piper. That is part of the problem with us.(what 'us' are you talking about? MSU? Surely you are kidding)We have a little success, then we celbrate like AIDS was just a bad dream.(did I miss some great party with the football team after the ONE bowl game wewere in since 2000?)We need someone who will showour boysthat they have a pair. I for one wish we had someone like Leach on the team for this very reason. Maybe not a head coach, but someone on the team.(holy ****. just realized who this is.....you are Ed Orgeronand you want to come back. .....Look snapperhead, screaming rants at a team dont work in and of themselves. They require some thought and they require some Immediate action. Matterof fact, if you drop the rant, and just bench some kids, and cut some dead weight the day after a game, the kids get the point all by themselves)Sometimes college kids need someone to get into their ***,if you think that these speachesdidn't give a shock to their system, and make them not want to hear it again, you were mixing gatorade for your hichschool team at halftime. I remember my coaches getting into my *** for every play I screwed up.(bet you enjoyed every second) It made me not want to embarass my team again by doing what I did on that play. What most arenot seeingis the next weeks 40 hours of reviewing the video to grade each player on every play to help them correct their problemthe followingweek. There is no video for that! Anyways. I just realized I am ranting, and don't want to be clasified as that guy. My point is, a little passion is not as bad as it is being made out to be.
Oh yeah, welcome to sixpackspeak. The silence has been broken. If the sheep persist as I have seen this past season, I will be outta here in no time!!! (WTF)

Am I opposed to getting into a players *** when he screws up? (you,uh,use this term a bit too much. Just saying)nodawgoneway
