McQuery told the Grand Jury a some horrible details, but the AD/VP told the Grand Jury that McQuery did not tell them all the details, that McQuery only told them things like "horseplay". The Attorney General doesn't believe the AD/VP and therefore is bringing perjury charges against them. <div>
</div><div>So even if McQuery is silent now about what he told JoePa and the AD/VP, if there is a perjury trial, it will come out then. No doubt JoePa will be subpoenaed to testify what he was told and what he told the AD/VP.</div>
