i've heard about the darrell royal national championships at texas before, but i didn't know about this. bernie bierman and murray warmath both coached at mississippi state before going to minnesota. they're responsible for all 6 national championships in minnesota's history.

edit: should be 5 national championships. bierman's 1941 championship isn't legitimate
