So you would think this would be a fairly common service that was included with the subscription.
I have no problem paying for the app to play it, I just don't have an iphone, I use a blackberry.
I would not even care if they allowed it to stream until they had the apps developed for all the phones and then took down the stream and required you to buy the app.
This is what Sirius Satellite Radio did, the first few years you were allowed to stream their stations over your computer. Once they built up a customer base, they started charging money for online streaming. Following this same model, they created apps but the apps were free but required a monthly subscription to listen over the app.
Don't get me wrong, I have no problem paying for the app, but to not allow streaming on a smart phone because your M2M staff sucks at technology and takes months to create apps is absurd. Allow it to stream and when you have your apps designed, tested, and ready to role out, then you shut down the stream and charge your subscribers for the app.
It bothers me that they could allow streaming to paying subscribers tomorrow, but they will not do it because they have to wait on M2M to design apps. They should allow the streaming until the apps are designed.
