I've heard good things about Shumpert. I like him and Tupelo. I hope he comes to Mississippi State University. He is a good kid. He has a good family. The people of Mississippi State definitely wish him the best.
a couple years ago i made about 35 facebook accounts with profile pictures that have the MSU logo. on a couple of them i took pictures of my children ringing cowbells and put those as profile pictures (so athletes wouldn't think it was just the same guy with 35 accounts). i usually pick one or two players each year, and request them to be my friend on all 35 accounts. i think it's a good way to show the athletes that the bulldawg nation is SUPPORTING THEM and UNIFIED. it worked on NICK REDMOND this year, but i have to admit that it didn't work on cj johnson. i'm seriously considering this TUPELO RB guy as a candidate. i might even add him early since he'll likely be a high profile recruit. let's come out and show him our UNIFIED support!
..recruiting gurus like Jamie Newberg & Shmuley always use the cliche', "You've got to love the kid's build" to describe any given kid who is a RB in the given United States of America.
