This should be an elite team. We obviously spent ridiculous amounts of money(we should every year as a top 2 biggest brand in the sport), and Pope clearly made some good moves this off-season. Huge step in the right direction. If you aren't excited about this team, then I don't know what you want.

Now we MUST win big this year. I don't want to hear a single excuse, just win!

Agree with everything. I was very against pope but he’s turned water to wine this off season. As you said, no excuses now. Let’s just hope this ruling sticks.

That’s rich lol. Really contradicted yourself there.

We don’t owe Pope ****. He gets paid millions to coach the most prestigious program in college basketball history. It’s his JOB to build rosters like this. He did his job this offseason, and he did it well. Now he has to win and win big, or it doesn’t even matter in the end.

I’m excited about the roster that he’s put together. I shall remain cautiously optimistic.

I want to see how the team plays together. This pickup is a better fit in an area of need than Kusturica would have been. Now we just have to fight out the SEC and NCAA to get Mitchell on the court.

His defense and rebounding are questionable too

Mitchel and Momcilovich gravity…man. The other guys on the floor should benefit so much because both of those guys are going to constantly force help and defensive movement.

Moreno’s offensive rebounding metrics should see a nice jump.

This was massively more important for Moreno than getting Momcilovic. Mitchell and Moreno now give Kentucky two absolute beasts when it comes to drawing fouls. By the end of last season Moreno was worn down because he was absolutely getting crushed because he had little to no ******* help. Mo D was decent, but he and Jelavic combined don't hold a candle to Mark Mitchell. This also takes massive pressure off N'Diyae and Mcbridge to adjust to the upgrade in overall competition rapidly.

An absolutely massive get for Kentucky. MASSIVE!
